He now performs regularly with, for example, Collegium 1704, Cappella Mariana, Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK, Warsaw Philharmonic, Concerto Palatino, Gli Angeli Genève, La Venexiana, Wrocław Baroque Ensemble and Doulce Mémoire, working with conductors such as Václav Luks, José Cura, Stefano Montanari, Rudolf Lutz and Christophe Rousset. As an opera singer he worked both at home and abroad, for instance as the leading role in Antonio Vivaldi's Serenata La Senna Festeggiante, and opera audiences may have seen him in a number of other roles: Claudio Monteverdi's Caronte (L'Orfeo) and Seneca (L'incoronazione di Poppea), Ortensio in Antonio Caldara's L'Amor non ha legge, or Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro), Il Commendatore (Don Giovanni) and Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte).

He has participated in the recording of more than 40 CDs, many of which have received major international awards, such as the Choc du Monde de la Musique, the Fryderyk or the ICMA (International Classical Music Award).

SONUS about Jaromir Nosek:

Jaromir's particular strength is his enormous - and for a bassist really extraordinary - flexibility: his voice is just as agile and beautiful in sound in baritonal high registers as it is in black low registers; he is able to lend it both tender warmth and steely hardness; he fascinates with rapid coloratura as well as with immensely tense legato lines, which he understands to shape musically with purpose. In addition, he has an excellent ear, intones perfectly and feels the atmosphere of the works to which he dedicates himself.

These technical abilities give him a very rich palette of expression on a musical level. Thus he is able to interpret a passion aria with great seriousness and intense tragedy, but also to portray a cheerful Figaro or a dignified Seneca completely authentically and convincingly.

Thus, as a soloist, Jaromir is an exceptionally good musician who effortlessly knows how to empathise with every interpretation of a conductor, a concert master, but also a very experienced ensemble singer with a lot of joy in working out an optimal ensemble sound.
